Manager Profiles

Suzanne Santiago – Operations Director

Suzanne Manages all daily operational aspects of the company. She has an extensive background in corporate operations and sales. She has been with the company for 4 years.

Ryan Alley – IT Director

Ryan relocated from Chicago, IL to take the reins of the IT support division of Triangle Tech Group. His extensive knowledge of networking infrastructure combined with an easy-going personality and a great ability to manage complex projects has helped the company to grow tremendously. He has worked on major Department of Defense programs including the managing the deployment of 15,000 workstations for the federal government. He has 11 years experience in IT management.

Mike Oliver – Technical Manager

Mike is responsible for all of the consumer and small business computers that are repaired daily. He overseas all of the shop technicians and manages the small-business and consumer on-site appointments. He has 15 years experience in computer support.

Dan Kirkpatrick - Network Services Manager

Dan knows everything about computers, networks, servers...you name it. He has 20 plus years of experience in corporate IT and network administration. He works out of our Charlotte office and manages all upper level IT issues for the company.

Ben Wiant - Director of Business Development

Ben heads the sales and marketing groups overseeing the sales force and growing the client roster. He previously managed several large IT implementations for the State of Florida. His IT knowledge combined with his graduate degrees in Organizational Management makes him a perfect fit for the job. He is consistently looking for ways to improve the experience of current clients and expand our channel partner network.

Brad Holton - CEO

Brad is Triangle Tech Group’s cheerleader and head strategist. He has an extensive IT background and a strong sales ability. He primarily works with channel partners and the business development team to ensure that Triangle Tech Group is meeting the needs of its current clients while constantly pursuing new opportunities.

The Triangle Tech Group support team provides unrivaled tech support and computer repair services in the North Carolina area. They are friendly, outgoing personnel who have a keen interest in technologyand a high level of knowledge in their particular service field, whether it be Computer Repair, repairs, installations, new technology, software, internet or network design.

All technicians have a compulsory obligation to sit and pass Microsoft exams in order to receive certification. Triangle Tech Group absorbs all costs for study and exam fees as encouragement for their staff to maintain their up-to-date knowledge of an ever changing technical world.

Technicians are also privileged with using a fleet of company vehicles to assist in providing reliable, prompt service to our client base.
